Golden Eagles takes care of business

Booker T Washington High School took on Phillis Wheatley High School at Delmar Fieldhouse. The Wildcats started the first two possessions with big-time blocked shots. The Eagles finally got a bucket to fall and then went on a 12-0 run. Although Wheatley tried to fight back they just couldn’t make a dent in the lead that was created from the beginning of the game. This game was fast-paced as both teams were trying to speed up each other. The Golden Eagles of Booker T increased their lead in district play after this win, and look to cruise to finish as the district champs again.
